Welcome to Ascot Woods
The Ascot Woods Homeowners Association, a self-managed HOA, shall promote a friendly family neighborhood environment while assisting members in maintaining their investment.  This shall be accomplished through various programs that support a well-kept, safe, and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood.  Open meetings of the Association Board are held each month.
Our Community is comprised of 84 single family homes in Prince William County, Virginia.  Ascot Woods is situated West of Interstate 95 between exits 152 and 156 on Cardinal Drive.  Nearby amentities include Leesylvania State Park, Northern Virginia Community College, the Potomac Mills Mall and Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center.  School age children living within Ascot Woods are districted to attend Henderson Elementary School, Rippon Middle School and Potomac Senior High School. 
The goal of the AWHOA is to better serve our members by keeping them informed of Association membership rules and County regulations; to be a resource for information about our community; to provide news and announcements of local events; and to enable our members the opportunity to have an active role in our community.
